John is a graduate from the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago, and along with his brother have grown up in the restaurant industry. Today they manage Clock Fine Foods in Moonville, South Carolina that specializes in fresh, homemade stick-to-your ribs Southern cuisine.
